1. Why does it have to be such a long work week and such a short weekend.

2. My desire to work is equal to my desire to poke myself in the eye.

4.Beyond the Highland Mist was the last book I read until 2 in the morning.

5. I am SO glad that you are my friends.

6. A week full of glue and glitter would make me feel better right now.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to finishing a project I started this morning,  tomorrow my plans include freezing my @$$ off at an early morning soccer game, crafting and dog/babysitting and Sunday, I want to play some more!

And...here we go!

1. Glueing things together never fails to make me smile.

2. I'm looking forward to SUMMER.

3. A quiet, emtpy office is what I'm listening to right now.

4. Potato salad must have fairy dust in it! (It's one of my weaknesses.)

5. That Chicken Caesar wrap I had for lunch was the best think I ate today.

6. Today was looking pretty bleak until I had lunch, now I am all better and today isn't looking so bad. Plus it's getting closer and closer to quittin' time.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to QUITTING TIME, tomorrow my plans include sniffing some glue and a smokin' hot date and Sunday, I want to paint something.

1. I just had to sleep in because I was up late chatting on Facebook with my BF from elementary school.

4. Seeing the dog hog the bed tickles my fancy.

5. I was walking into the other room for something, but now can't remember what it was I was after.

6. My hubby makes me laugh!

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to Survivor and Pizza (even though DH and I watched it live last night, shhhh don't tell the girls) , tomorrow my plans include playing and maybe a movie and Sunday, I want to sleep in and see what else happens. Or not!

1. I was going to blog about something, and then it slipped my mind.

2. I was so thrilled with my hair cut and color, I got carried away talking and I left my book at the hair salon.

1. The lesson I learned yesterday was no matter how much I plan, I won't be able to accumulate vacation time. Not until the little germ carriers I live with move out of the house.

3. All these years of being a mom, and it wasn't until now that the illnesses were so succesive. One after the other after the other after the other...

4. And they all chanted out my name when I arrived.

5. The truth is that it's all a big lie.

6. The relief I felt when the valium took effect is what I remember most from that day.

1. There are places that I really want to visit, but have to go to work instead.

1. No, we will NOT let my 15 year old pierce her lip.

And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to some more crafting, tomorrow my plans include leaving the house at (gasp) 6:30am so Morgan (middle daughter) can run in an 8K, get Melissa (youngest) to a b-day party at noon and work a cookie booth from 4-6pm and Sunday, I want to get my nails done, SCRAP and play with my girls!
