Jingle Belles and Crafty Hazelnut

Don't fall over.

I have this week's card done.

Yup, it's only Saturday afternoon, and it's done.

This week's challenge was one that just came together easily. And oddly enough, I have, and used, the same image that Hazel used. Great minds and all, you know.

I have started using the HUGE stash of cards/envelopes. I have NO idea why I have so many different sets, but I do. SO, I figured that I may as well start using them. That's why this card has a card front adhered to the white card. Not sure I am in love with it. But, I am going with it. The cards are 6.5 inches by 5 inches. They are bigger than what I have been making. I'll have to find a new storage box for them. Up to now I have been storing them in a Christmas recipe box that I have. But that box won't fit the larger cards. Hmmmm.

Anyway, you can find the challenges for JINGLE BELLES and CRAFTY HAZELNUT on their respective blogs. Just click on their names and you will be magically transported there.

A super card - you know how much I love that stamp, so it's great to see it being used here. I know what you mean about different size cards and storage - I often question myself as to why I've got some 'odd' sizes. Thank you for joining in my CHNC challenge 5 - hope to see you again soon. x

well, missus, not only do i LOVE this card to look at...but i think you're BRILLIANT to use up boxes of cards that come WITH envelopes! and isn't it cool how suddenly working in a different size makes us look at things differently...kinda shakes up the mojo...in a good way, obviously, looking that this gorgeous card! i love that you and hazel have used the same sketch AND the same stamp...and made completely *DIFFERENT* --but equally ♥♥♥FABULOUS♥♥♥-- cards!

you just have to buy yourself a really nice pair of shoes....that solves all of the box storage problems...the nicer the shoes, the nicer the box....so go out and splurge!

A bit WOOT to you for using up card sets ... I have an entire container full of those types of sets that I got on clearance or wherever that I need to start using too (thanks for the nudge) ... love that Santa image ... thanks for joining our jingle belle journey.

You're done? Already? If I didn't love you and admire your card here I would be insanely jealous. Actually, I do love you and I really like this card but I'm still jealous because you're done and it's only Saturday....

WOW...now go find a bigger basket or box for the larger cards. Also, put your feet up and have a nice glass of wine for being so organized and arty!

Love ya!

I have an untouched card set that I keep looking at, then NOT using. Your card has inspired me! I noticed you used the same image as Hazel (great minds for sure!) but the cards...though equally pretty in their own right...have a completely different feel. Lovely card :)

There's that Santa again! He's gorgeous! Beautiful job on the card, using Amy's sketch & recycling into something so lovely.

This is so sweet-I love the paper you've used. It's very traditional and non-traditional at the same time. If you know what I mean. Well, I know what I mean.
